Freedom Chairs provides free, gently used wheelchairs to those in need of mobility assistance. Those applying for a free chair through our organization are first encouraged to request a new wheelchair through their insurance. We recommend Rehab Medical who specializes in improving lives through custom wheelchairs, but any provider can help you obtain a mobility solution through your insurance.

If you are unable to obtain a wheelchair through your insurance for any number of reasons (i.e. do not qualify, out of network, high deductible, etc.), please complete the form below and we'll do our best to find a chair fit for YOU!
